Production Staff

Ensure accurate and timely collection, analysis, and reporting of production data to support performance tracking, quality control, and continuous process
improvement.
• Machine operation: operate & monitor automated and semi- automated equipment.
• Quality control & inspection: perform visual check for defects, do simple electrical test using multimeters or test equipment.
• Safety & maintenance: adhere to safety protocols & maintain a clean worksplace.

• College or University degree in Engineering (Automation)
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production management software.
• Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
