• Analyze and improve production efficiency through Cycle Time and Takt Time analysis.
• Identify and resolve production issues by performing root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why and Pareto Chart.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and support line balancing to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Possess fundamental knowledge of industrial equipment and workplace safety standards.
• Understand the operating principles of machines and automation equipment used in the production line to support stable and efficient operations.
• College or University degree in Industrial Engineering & Production Engineering
• 1–2 years of experience in production line improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Basic AutoCAD 2D, and production management software.
• Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
