Production Supervisor- Giám sát sản xuất

1. Thực hiện kế hoạch sản xuất và đạt được các mục tiêu kế hoạch. /To carry out production schedule and achieve planned targets.
2. Thực hiện tất cả các hướng dẫn công việc theo chỉ dẫn của quản lý và điều phối tất cả lịch trình sản xuất với các bộ phận có liên quan./To fulfill all work instruction as directed by management and coordinate all production schedulling with the various departments concerned.
3. Đào đào tạo nhân viên và nhân viên mới, và đánh giá hiệu quả của họ thường xuyên./To train employee and new recruits, and evaluate their performance regularly.
4. Đánh giá nhân viên định kỳ cho các lần thăng chức, chuyển bộ phận, sa thải và điều chỉnh lương./To evaluate employee periodically for promotions, transfer, dismissals and salary adjustments
5. Duy trì kỷ luật, thúc đẩy người lao động để liên tục cải thiện năng suất và kiểm soát tỷ lệ vắng mặt./To maintain discipline, motivate workers in order to continually improve productivity and to control the rate of absenteeism.
6. Thực hiện và duy trì tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và quy trình vệ sinh./To implement and maintain quality standards and housekeeping procedures.
7. Thực hiện và duy trì tất cả các quy trình an toàn và sức khỏe./To implement and maintain all safey and health procedures.
8. Nghiên cứu, phát triển các phương pháp, thiết bị và hệ thống mới và đề xuất thay đổi để cắt giảm chi phí/To study, develop new methods, equipment and system and recommend changes to cut costs.
9. Hỗ trợ và phối hợp lắp đặt thiết bị mới/To assist and coordinate installation of new equipment
10. Tiến hành cuộc họp nội bộ để xem xét nhu cầu sản xuất và hệ thống chất lượng./To conduct in-house meeting to review production needs and quality system.
11. Chuẩn bị báo cáo cho cuộc họp nhân viên về yêu cầu và hiệu quả sản xuất./To prepare report for staff meeting on production requirements and efficiency.

 Kiến thức và Kinh nghiệm/Knowledge and Experience::

-          Tối thiểu 2- 3 năm trong môi trường sản xuất hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan /Minimum 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment or in a relevant field.

-          Phải có khả năng thực hiện công việc bảo trì máy hoặc các thiết bị có liên quan/Must be able to carry out maintenance work on machinery and related equipment.

-          Có kiến ​​thức về sản xuất nắp chai (nắp sắt,nắp nhựa) là một lợi thế/ Have knowledge producing cap (metal cap ,plastic cap) will be advantage

-          Kỹ năng viết và nói Tiếng Anh tốt/Good command of both written & spoken English
