🏢 Function: Production – Ingredient

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor who combines strong technical understanding of production machinery with hands-on people leadership.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily production operations to achieve output, quality, safety & efficiency targets
• Manage manpower, workflow and production resources
• Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety & workplace safety standards
• Coach the production team and drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

✅ Must-have

• Strong knowledge of production machinery, operations & working mechanisms
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
• Good problem-solving and people management skills

⭐ Nice-to-have

• Degree in a food-related field
• Food manufacturing experience
• Strong task management 
• Basic English, MS Office
