BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
Responsible for designated production area regarding production supervising and documentation, method analysis/ improvements, machines layout and equipment acquisition, preparation of equipment justification and appropriation request development, statistical process control systems, providing analytical troubleshooting leadership, hands on to involve process and production activity is must.
Production Supervising
- Supervising the Production Area in terms of Productivity, Yield, Customer Complaints, OTD, and Labor Cost Rate:
- Daily planning and resource control to meet targets for OTD, Yield, Productivity, and Labor Cost Rate.
- Daily cooperation with other functions, including ENG, PPM, PIC, and QA, to resolve production issues.
- Ensure all production standards and control plans comply with Quality, EHS, and other applicable requirements.
- Utilize analytical troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes and solve problems effectively.
- Lead and/or participate in problem-solving and issue resolution using the 4M1E methodology.
- Lead the team in training and qualification activities for new product transfers, when required.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of departmental objectives.
Quality Control
- Check and ensure that the operators follow procedures during operation for each workstation.
- Check ensure that parts within spec before delivery to next process step or shipment. Provide corrective action if escapping ppm to assembly is higher than target.
To control process as ISO requirements and make action taken for ISO, TS, customer audit.
- Daily control yield to meet targets and check Nonconformance Pareto to provide proper corrective action.
- To make sure that SPC is using efficient and corrective action on control chart is implemented properly.

Educational Background: Engineering or other related fields; or Management Engineering or related fields, including Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Working Experience: 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
Abilities:
- Solid knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, including the 8 Wastes, Lean Tools, Kaizen, and 4M1E analysis.
- Strong data analysis and dashboard development skills; proficiency in Access, SQL, Power BI, and Python is preferred.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Project Management, including SPC, CP, CPK, FMEA, and DMAIC, is a plus.
- Good reporting and presentation skills.
- Strong delegation, leadership, and people management skills.
