Production Supervisor

Implement the production plan, complete the production tasks follow time, quality and quantity.

Follow solving of Production issues.

Distribute and coordinate Production resources

Support to recruit production staff, train, evaluate and manage them.

Manage and maintain production equipments, tools.

Continuous improvement of the production process, continuously improve production efficiency, quality, reduce production costs.

Manage and maintain 6S of production site.

Finish other duty assigned by Superiors.

College graduated above, good in English.

3 years experience in Plastic Production/ Footwear/ Packing & Paper, 1 year experience as Production Supervisor.

Familiar with deploying manpower for production, production planning, staff training, staff evaluating.

Familiar with Plastic Injection technology.

Good in Office software

Outward personality, good in communication and presentation, good in oganization skill, resilience, strong princible, can work under pressure.
