Job Description

Manage operators, goods, materials, and sub-materials to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor and maintain product quality and quantity standards.
Oversee and improve KPI performance, productivity, and workplace safety.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Prepare and submit daily production reports, including any issues or abnormalities.

College or University graduate; a major in Chemistry is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, 4M, and the 7 QC Tools.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for production tracking and reporting is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present findings effectively.
The company provides bus transportation from Bien Hoa to Nhon Trach and Ho Chi Minh City to Nhon Trach.
