Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

- Responsible for managing all foundry operations to ensure productivity, quality, workplace safety, and cost optimization

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan casting production according to orders and production capacity;

- Supervise the entire casting process: molding, melting, pouring, and post-processing

- Ensure output quality meets technical standards

- Control raw materials and consumption efficiently

- Ensure occupational safety and a clean working environment

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure production progress and efficiency.

- Report on production status, quality, and improvement proposals to Management

- May work shifts or overtime when required

- Other tasks related to are assigned by Managing Director.

Job Requirement

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Foundry or related fields.
  • Thorough knowledge of metal casting processes (iron, steel, aluminum, etc.)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in foundry operations, preferably in a managerial role

Specific Knowledge/ Skill:

  • Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English, Foundry experience preferred.
