Job Description

Supervise production activities to meet requirements of schedule, quality, and occupational safety.
Ensure maintenance and servicing activities for machinery and equipment.
Implement production activities ensuring the 4M factors (Material, Manpower, Machine, Method).
Carry out cost-saving and production improvement initiatives.
Support production management in related tasks to achieve the company’s common goals.
Report directly to the Production Manager on production activities.
Work with the SAP system to monitor material progress, ensure production plans, and control inventory so that actual data matches with SAP records.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Graduated from university or college in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related technical fields.
Experience in production supervision in relevant industries such as machining, assembly, electrical, etc.
Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, and able to read and interpret technical drawings.
2–3 years of working experience, including supervising and assigning tasks to production teams (team leaders, operators).
Candidates residing near the company (My Yen, Ben Luc, etc.) are preferred.
Strong willingness to learn, self-development, and high sense of responsibility.
English proficiency, especially in listening and speaking.
