• Analyze and monitor key productivity and operational performance indicators, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Cycle Time, and Takt Time, to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis using structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram, and Histogram.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles in daily operations to identify and eliminate waste, improve process efficiency, and reduce variation.
• Develop, propose, and implement continuous improvement plans based on data-driven analysis.
• Track improvement actions and ensure sustainability of implemented solutions.
• Clearly present improvement proposals, analyses, and results to stakeholders, and effectively influence and persuade others to support and implement improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives and achieve common objectives.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence across the organization.
• College or University degree in Industrial Engineering & Production Engineering
• 3 years of experience in production line improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Basic AutoCAD 2D, and production management software.
• Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
