      Job Description

      • Manage workers and shift leaders during assigned shifts.
      • Ensure effective production operations.
      • Control and supervise the team to ensure daily production plans are achieved.
      • Monitor and manage KPIs, productivity, and safety.
      • Participate in process improvement activities.
      • Manage goals and performance results specific to each production area.
      • Other job details will be discussed during the interview.

      Job Requirement

      • Graduated from college or university.
      • At least 1 year of experience in Production Management.
      • Good command of English.
      • Good knowledge of manufacturing systems such as 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 4M, QC 7 tools, and PDCA.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to use Pareto charts.
      • Strong people management skills.
      • Hard‑working and enthusiastic.
      • Priority will be given to candidates living in Nhon Trach or Long Thanh.
