Job Description

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Production Technology Manager (Industrial Chemicals, $2000, ID21586)

  • Process Engineering & Optimization: Lead and execute advanced technical enhancements, design frameworks, and operational optimizations across all primary manufacturing lines, including molybdenum concentrate roasting and leaching, thermite-driven Ferro Molybdenum (FeMo) synthesis, Wet Sulfuric Acid (WSA) recovery, and Rhenium/APR (Ammonium Perrhenate) extraction.

  • Troubleshooting & New Process Integration: Oversee technical bottleneck resolution initiatives and drive process design modifications; manage the seamless scaling and transition of newly developed products and methodologies from experimental phases to mass manufacturing.

  • Standardization & Documentation Governance: Formulate comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain engineering records, and supervise process condition guidelines, technical manuals, and operational benchmarks.

  • Performance Analysis & Mass Balance: Continuously analyze and calibrate mass balance equations, raw material utilization ratios, energy conservation metrics, product yields, and overall output quality.

  • R&D & Laboratory Testing: Direct and execute lab-scale experimentation aimed at identifying process efficiencies, refining formulations, and boosting operational yield.

  • Regulatory Compliance & Technical Approvals: Coordinate external technical certifications, technology licensing, and official statutory documentation, including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), IPA, IRC, and associated regulatory permits.

  • Team Leadership & Technical Security: Assign work routines, supervise execution timelines, and deliver technical mentorship to personnel within the Technology sub-unit; establish and enforce enterprise-wide protocols for technical data protection.

Job Requirement

  • Male, under 46 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing plants related to industrial chemicals, non-ferrous metals, or metallurgy
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in FactSage 8.3 simulation software
  • Company shuttle bus transportation is provided from Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.
