Program Management Executive

·       Leading the team from different department to Develop, Implement and Improve Program management processes and procedures.

·       Responsible to work with multinational teams to generate clear project definitions and requirements.

·       Understands all phases related to development of consumer electronic products from start to finish. 

·       Generate and Execute Program Management plan.

·       Manage all aspects of internal and external communications during different phases of the project.

·       Confer with project staffs to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

·       Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

·       Review status reports from project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.

·       Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others.

·       Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.  

·       Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline, with 3+ years of experience in managing large cross-functional projects.

·       Project Management Professional Certification a plus.

·       Experienced in Program Management of ODM/OEM manufacturing and design partners.

·       Experienced in Smart Home IOT and or Floorcare consumer products highly preferred.

·       Well-organized with strong coordination, communication and project leading abilities.

·       Good command of spoken Mandarin or English.

·       Excellent on using Microsoft Office tools, Excel, Projects
