Project Coordinator / SUP

Travel to sites (3 factories) across in Viet Nam is an essential part of this role.

Safety: Safety first culture and getting feedback its implementation within the Factory.

Strategy development & implementation: To join all activities related ME, contraction engineering sector in whole project life cycle from initial phase to the project closed phase.

Project execution:

• Develop of layouts, distribution piping diagrams, PID, 2D drawing, Piping system according to DIN/EN/ASME standard, Electrical… in collaboration with all engineering disciplines.
• Develop a detailed construction plan, including progress schedule, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• PPE compliance for Utility part as Air, Cooling, Steam, etc.
• Coordination all technical discipline related to ME engineering.
• Work with Procurement team for tendering phase.
• Monitoring and controlling the project execution works on site.
• Prepare instruction manuals and hand over the equipment to the user department. Also, conduct acceptance testing with the contractor (if applicable).

Communication & Change Management: Good communication with production team, suppliers (internal/ external)

• University or College degree in a technical field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, Lean Six Sigma, HACCP, and ISO standards.
• In-depth understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
• Knowledge of quality management.
• Understanding of quality control systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently for work.
