Project Management
Plan, implement, and monitor the entire project from start to finish
Assign tasks and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure progress
Ensure product quality throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor and control the project budget within approved limits
Identify risks and propose solutions to keep the project on track
Quality Management
Oversee and inspect product quality
Ensure products meet technical and aesthetic standards
Detect and promptly resolve quality-related issues
Communication and External Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met
Negotiate and resolve issues with customers and partners
Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports for the Board of Directors and stakeholders
