1. Support AI Project Implementation

• Assist in tracking the progress of AI projects
• Update project information and compile reports
• Assist in preparing documentation for project implementation
• Participate in testing AI tools and automation workflows

2. Research and Experiment with New AI Tools

• Explore and test new AI tools that may support business operations
• Document findings and share insights with the team
• Support Process Optimization
• Assist the team in building simple automation workflows
• Help update documentation on how to use AI tools in daily work
• Record issues that arise during implementation and suggest improvements
• Support Other Tasks Assigned by the Board of Directors and Relevant Departments

• Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of working experience
• Graduated with Good classification or above
• IELTS 6.5 or above
• Preferred majors: Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Economics, Data Analysis, or related fields
• Basic ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other AI tools
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Interested in exploring new technologies
• Able to work with multiple departments
• Careful when working with data and documentation
