Job Description

Research, manage, and supervise all technical projects within PE department.
Implement improvements and upgrades for production equipment to enhance efficiency.
Execute repairs and upgrades for factory infrastructure, handle Kaizen requests.
Participate in constructing, expanding factory workshops, and installing new production lines.
Other tasks are requested from GM in charge.

Education: Graduated from University with Bachelor/Engineer Degree
Major in: Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related technical fields.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Project
Solid knowledge and experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Language Skills: Good English (Ability to read/understand technical documents and basic communication).
Experience: At least 01 year of relevant experience
Local candidates or those living near the factory are preferred.
