Project Engineer (Electrical & Automation)

Project execution

• Develop, standardize, and deploy technical standards, best practice, specifications, and engineering guidelines across all plants.
• Collect and share best practices to improve equipment performance, reliability, and operational costs.
• Ensure alignment with Group and Regional engineering standards.
• Work with plants engineering to assess technical feasibility and optimize solutions for new projects.
• Monitor project progress across all plants.
• Coordinate plant maintenance team to develop effective CMMS system.

Auditing:

• Coordinate with relevant departments to assess compliance with CAPEX implementation procedures, project acceptance, and payment processes.

Safety

• Lead Machine Safety and LOTO standards at the country level.
• Work with plant team to conduct risk assessments for machine safety

WCM

• Lead the deployment of the Reliability Pillar across all plants
• Standardize reliability engineering practices

Support corporate major projects as assigned

1.     Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering. 

2.     Experience: At least two years of relevant experience

3.     Technical Competencies: Technical experience in electrical and automation is highly preferred
