Job Description

  • Work with EPC contractor and its subcontractors to maintain overall project schedule.
  • Monitor project progress, analyzing schedule risk, coordinating and expediting EPC contractor and its subcontractors.
  • Control weekly progress report, monthly progress report, area of concerns from EPC contractor and its subcontractors and report to the superior.
  • Control the changes to ensure that any potential changes and variations are managed in a timely manner.
  • Collect progress quantity for clarification with EPC contractor for monthly progress payment.
  • Monitor and check related payments for EPC contractor.
  • Coordinate internal interfaces and ensure that all applicable information is captured to enable the related working teams to perform a complete a project design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
  • Involve the project issues and coordinating with EPC contractor and its subcontractors for solving under the superior’s direction.
  • Coordinate with document control team for correspondence between LSP and EPC contractor.
  • Overall control for project handover execution for project milestone such as Mechanical Completion, Ready to Service, Initial Acceptance including but not limit to final walkthrough, punch control, area handover, spare part and surplus material handover, project record book, etc.
  • Manage and supervise safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company’s policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Civil or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in industrial experiences or related field.
  • Knowledge:
    • Construction Project Work including engineering design work and construction work at site

    • Project Management 

    • Vietnamese Construction Law and related decree and circular 

  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in using computer programs. 

    • Well-developed skills in schedule analysis, planning, communication, organization and interpersonal relationships, reporting and supervising. 

    • Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well with other 

    • Negotiation skills
