Job Description

To efficiently manage and oversee new projects for the company and our valued customers.
To execute project implementation, conduct trial production, and collaborate with customers to confirm sample approval.
To ensure a smooth transition, transfer approved projects to the relevant department for mass production.
To effectively manage specific projects, including setting up, monitoring, and controlling the entire project schedule, as well as establishing project quality targets and plans.
To maintain open communication with customers and promptly address any issues or concerns.
To manage helmet projects, molding projects, or other projects, set up, monitor, and control the entire project schedule; establish project quality targets and plans.
To foster collaboration with internal departments and establish comprehensive internal technical documentation.
To meticulously review 2D/3D CADs using Rhino software.

A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with English fluency being essential.
Proficiency in graphics software is preferred.
Experience working in the BD department of a plastics factory is highly desirable.
