Job Description

Lead all the factory projects from the design, execution and handover phase. Coordinate the contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross-functional team. This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It includes from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout.
Ensuring health and safety, product safety and environment comply with Olam standards.
Developing technical, communication, networking, managerial and leadership abilities (coordinate accordingly production, quality, R&D, finance, etc
Select, qualify and manage the contractors
Analytical skills in problem solving: Identify issues, structure problems and find solutions
Ability to coordinate the efforts of people: engage, align and mobilize stakeholders
Deliver approach, clearly prioritized work plan and anticipate issues
Rigorously check, measure and audit against requirements

Education requirement: Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical engineer
English ability, computer skill: good
Computer knowledge: MS word, MS Excel, Autocad, Solidworks,....
Experience related to position: 4 years
Functional/Professional/Technical Competencies (state specific knowledge, skill and experience critical for the job)
To understand the project management process
To read and understand technical drawings.
Electrical, mechanical, instrument and automation knowledge
4 years experience of working in factory environment
