We are seeking a Investment and Project Development Manager to act as a strategic and operational extension of the Investment Team across a portfolio of development initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Strategic support for the Investment Team:
Act as a strategic and operational partner to the Investment Team across active and pipeline development projects;
Support the Investment Team in managing priorities across project development, partnerships and investor engagement;
Prepare briefing notes, decision memos, meeting materials and executive summaries;
Protect the Investment Team’s time by filtering and coordinating operational and commercial matters;
Ensure strategic discussions are translated into clear actions, owners and timelines.
Portfolio coordination across development projects
Maintain visibility across multiple projects data center township industrial park and related opportunities;
Track milestones, risks, decisions and dependencies across projects;
Coordinate internal teams and external parties to align on priorities;
Support portfolio-level planning and sequencing of resources, advisors and workstreams;
Prepare materials for internal reviews, investment committees and senior leadership discussions.
Advisor and consultant governance core responsibility
Serve as the central coordinator for all advisor and consultant engagement across the portfolio;
Translate project needs from the Investment Team and functional leads into clear scopes of work;
Coordinate advisor onboarding, SOWs, fee proposals and contract routing;
Maintain a central advisor consultant register including:
project assignment
scope and deliverables
contract status
fee structure budget
milestone dates
renewals terminations
Track advisor performance, deliverables and timelines;
Enforce governance standards including:
no work without approved scope contract
no unapproved fee changes
no informal side commitments
Support periodic advisor reviews (retain, revise, replace, exit) across projects.

Commercial and contract coordination
Work with procurement, legal and finance to maintain contract discipline across advisors and consultants;
Coordinate scope, fees and commercial terms within approved budgets and governance requirements;
Standardise contract templates (MSA, SOW) and approval workflows;
Track contract milestones and validate invoices against scope and deliverables;
Flag risks relating to scope creep, advisor duplication, unclear deliverables or budget overruns.
Cross functional execution management
Coordinate across development, utilities, permitting, technical, procurement, legal, finance and other functional teams;
Maintain action trackers, decision logs and escalation lists;
Drive accountability across workstreams and follow up on overdue actions;
Support stage-gate readiness across feasibility, design, budget and pre-construction;
Improve coordination rhythm and reporting quality across all teams.
Reporting and executive communications
Prepare concise weekly and monthly updates for the Investment Team and senior stakeholders
Build structured reporting on:
project and portfolio status
advisor consultant status
risks and decision bottlenecks
commercial exposure and key commitment
Ensure information is decision oriented and not just activity reporting
Job Requirement
Experience
7 to 15 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Project Development Manager or strategic operations
project or program management
infrastructure or real estate development
commercial project controls roles
management consulting with strong execution exposure
investment platform operations in real assets
Experience working on complex multi-stakeholder projects involving investors advisors and external partners;
Experience in developing heavy environments such as:
real estate development
infrastructure
industrial projects
utilities energy
data centers preferred but not required
Strong exposure to commercial and contract processes not necessarily a lawyer.

Improved quality of investor partner meeting preparation and follow through;
Reduced day-to-day commercial admin burden on the Investment Team;
Better execution discipline without harming senior relationships
