Develops standard project selection criteria to prioritize projects in the pipeline based on strategic goals, resource availability, and potential ROI. It also defines and implement methodologies including risk management, change control, and quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are initiated, executed, and monitored in accordance with the set guidelines.
Documenting the steps, scope, and milestones for completing a project
Facilitating the implementation of project plans and ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables
Continuously monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues or risks
Concluding the project activities, assessing project performance, and generating a project closure report
Developing and maintaining a standardized reporting system
MEASUREMENT AND DEVELOP CIP SYSTEM
Business data analysis to define project improvement, transformation...etc.
Provide LEAN, PMP methodology to effective project. Provide leadership to engagement stakeholders, team members.
Follow up tracking budget of project monthly, yearly.
Training for internal for project management skill…etc.
CROSS FUNCTION COORDINATOR
Co-ordinate other department to implement CI project. Update the action plan and push team member to finish the tasks
Other tasks assigned by LEAN Manager & Plant Director.
