Project Manager – Building & Infrastructure (B&I)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of building and infrastructure projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for project coordination, design management, construction supervision, QA/QC, HSE compliance, contract administration, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with client expectations and SGS standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including project planning, scheduling, design coordination, procurement support, construction supervision, and project close-out.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, track progress, identify delays, and coordinate corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and successful project execution.
• Oversee construction activities and verify compliance with approved designs, specifications, contractual requirements, regulations, and project standards.
• Lead QA/QC and HSE implementation, manage project documentation, identify risks and non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Support tendering and procurement activities, including technical reviews, RFIs, contractor coordination, and contract administration.
• Manage project changes, variation orders, commercial matters, and regular project reporting to stakeholders and management.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects, including at least 3 years in a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultant, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project management, design coordination, procurement, construction supervision, QA/QC, HSE, and contract administration.
• Good understanding of Vietnamese construction regulations, building codes, legal compliance requirements, and project delivery processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese with a good command of English for meetings, reports, and client communications.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
