Job Description

Reports to Managing Directors and Board of Management
Position summary: Project management including negotiating, estimating, planning, scheduling, and cost engineering of Structured Cabling (Fiber Optic and Copper), Extra Low Voltage (ELV), and IT Network, etc.
Have technical knowledge of Information, Communications Technology & Infrastructure (ICTI), Human Resources and Conceptual skills
Be able to effectively interact and understand with multiple unionized construction trades.
Capability to perform Site Visits in the Pre-planning Phase with local and foreigner customer
Ability on Scheduling, Managing, & Coordinating available labor resources, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, technical expertise advise to meet Customer Project Schedule and even improve the dateline
Have Excellent Communication Skills & Effective Interaction with Sales, Operation, Engineering & Management and the client
Ability to Conduct, Handle, Effective regular Project Meetings with Clients
Ability in Documentation Process through from creation of Change Orders, Logistics Facilitation to Final Acceptance Certificate with Project Documentation and Obtaining the Sign-Off’s on the Project.
Travel is required when necessary, sometimes with no advance notice
Manage work through to a Successful Plan and turn every Project Profitable.

At least 3 years’ experience with estimating and managing commercial structured cabling (STP/UTP: Cat5E/Cat 6, Cat 6A) for voice and data, fiber optic, security and card access projects.
Experience designing voice and data networks and proficiency with terminology; PMP certified preferred
Familiarity with Network, Security, Card access and CCTV systems layout and terminology preferred.
Internal and external business development expertise with strong customer relationship management skills.
Anticipate customer needs; exceed customer expectations while maximizing profitability through effective project leadership.
Ability to translate project requirements into an innovative execution strategy while effectively matching project assignments to resources.
Multi-tasking professional; must work well under pressure with proven expertise in managing multiple fast-track projects concurrently.
Strong budget forecasting, job cost and financial management skills; expertise in project financial and resource management.
Team leader; strong people and meeting management skills; proven ability to set and manage expectations while solving complex issues with a calm demeanor.
Excellent oral and written communication skills exercised regularly to report internal and external deliverables.MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook) proficiency.
