Job Description

Confirm, analyze, and adjust product specifications with customers.
Coordinate schedules, delivery timelines, progress reports, and risk-sharing with customers.
Manage overall project progress and execution.
Liaise and coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Design, Quality, Production Engineering, Production Control, Factory, etc.).
Address quality-related issues (collect defect information, act as customer contact point, communicate internally, and participate in corrective actions).
Prepare internal reports, consultations, and documents.

Gender: Male
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Production Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment.
Basic understanding and hands-on experience in quality management and QA processes.
Fluent in Japanese & English.
Strong ability to explain and resolve customer inquiries and issues logically.
Experience working in multicultural and multilingual teams.
