Project Manager

1. Take responsibility for detailed planning and oversee the entire process of implementing the Data Migration project from receiving requirements to completion.
2. Identify and analyze customer requirements to ensure that the project is executed according to standards and achieves the highest customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor progress, assess and manage risks, and implement timely adjustments to ensure the project is completed on schedule.
4. Establish, operate, and ensure compliance with company and industry quality processes and standards.
5. Conduct regular quality checks and evaluations to ensure that the project is progressing in the right direction and is effective.
6. Allocate and coordinate team resources to ensure optimal and efficient project operations.
7. Propose and implement measures to balance human resources, meet business requirements, and ensure project completion according to plan.
8. Create conditions for training, and capacity development within the team, foster team spirit, and motivation to achieve maximum productivity.
9. Build and maintain close relationships with partners, customers, and departments within the company to ensure connectivity and support throughout the project implementation process.

• Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) 
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Experience in managing stakeholders
