We Are Looking for a Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with international customers to clarify project needs and resolve inquiries.
• Ensure project documentation (technical issues, weights, quantity, prices, contracts) is properly maintained and kept up-to-date.
• Prepare and manage proposals, orders, and contracts for international clients via meetings, email, or calls.
• Lead sourcing efforts for domestic and international suppliers in mechanical, building materials sectors.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Oversee projects, monitor progress, and ensure completion within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service while optimizing cost efficiencies.
• Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of outcomes.
• Identify potential risks or delays, develop mitigation plans, and promptly inform stakeholders.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports and strategic updates to senior management.
• Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.

• Candidates with experience in construction, mechanical industries, building materials or related fields.
• Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, Acad, technical softwares.
• Capability to work under strict deadlines.
• Well organizational, multitasking skills, customer services.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
