Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Oversee and manage all aspects of sales projects from inception to completion.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure project success.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for the management.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in wood substitute industry.

- Willingness to travel as required. Knowledge/Skills

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
