PROJECT SECTION MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE

• Management of whole PL team
• Lead the project, working with the Key Account Management and coordination interface for project team
• Product support during series production (EC)
• Responsible for the APQP Process.
• Management, motivation and development of project team
• Projects on time with in the approved budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Leaders team building
• Project Leader’s performance evaluation
• APQP procedures build up and update
• RFQ files provided to KAM or GM
• Communication with KAM or customer to make clear of all customer requirements
• Internal kick off meeting, CFT team build and information transferring (customer requirement, timing, target)
• Project process control (including budget, timing, quality and sourcing)
• Internal project communication with CFT members
• PPAP files collection and submit
• Risk management
• Customer audit support
• Engineering change (from customer) process control
• Whole project APQP process management
• Support after SOP
• Project status report to Managing Director.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering fields.
• Project management experience in Automotive Industry.
• Knowledge of carbon fiber industry.
• Project Management: Project planning, timeline, budget, risk and issue management. 
• Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC. 
• IATF 16949: Understanding and application in project execution and product realization. 
• Good communication skills, good speaking and written skills in English.
• Good attitude to challenges and pressures, sense of responsibility.
