Purchase Executive

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Purchasing responsibility for different material groups with focus on indirect and direct materials and different services of maintenance, operations and infrastructure of the factory excepted logistic services
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Resolving any issues or disputes with suppliers
• Conduct research and monitoring market trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
• Developing, monitoring supplier performance (evaluation) and maintaining relationship with supplier
• Monitor delivery from suppliers
• SAP Master Data responsibility (Creation, updates) of direct and indirect material
• Ensure that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets
• Assurance of new product implementation road maps
• Ensure compliance with all Headquarter and local standards and regulatory requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

1. Education background and working experience

- Bachelors degree in related field required

- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management

- Proven contract management skills

- ERP knowledge, ideally SAP MM

- MS Office, especially Excel

- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

2. Knowledge / skills

- Good presentation skills

- Excellent communication and cooperation skills

- Good in oral and written English

- Highly motivated, creative thinking, self-deciplined

- Honest, work with quick response and high efficiency

- Process thinking, cost saving for company and customers

- Flexibility, consequence, teamwork, Openness to change and new ideas,

- Distinct ability to work in a team, high willingness to perform, structured and independent working style

- Willingness to work in Tay Ninh (later partly shift to work from home possible)
