Purchasing and Import/Export

Purchasing 

• To source suppliers for Direct and Indirect materials.
• Negotiate and performed  vendor selection process, and communicate  to other departments related activities
• Negotiate commercial agreements for the local supply of materials, goods and services ensuring that they are delivered as required
• Maintain and coordinate purchasing global tools includes saving sheet, forecast tool and provide information as requested by region/global community
• To properly execute creation , posting and closing of purchase orders.
• Establish and build relationship with potential key suppliers with the view of securing long terms supply of key materials
• Maintain and update the full supplier terms and conditions and relevant data in SAP system
• Placement of PO for indirect materials as per requested from users.      
• Supporting and controlling the implementation of ISO 9001 in the area of Purchasing & Procurement

Import/Export

• Coordination with RM Planning on the import of materials and follow up shipment status.
• Closely work with forwarder service from customs clearance to shipment delivery 
• Ensure correct shipping documents are issued and supplied: declaration documents, forms, invoices, packing list, bill of lading, etc...
• Update correct and timely landed cost into SAP system                                                                                                                         
• Exportation activities related and communication to ordering sites

-        At least 2 year experience in purchasing

-        SAP knowledge is plus

-        English: B1-B2
