JOB PURPOSE
Assist the Purchasing Team in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality purchases that support smooth production operations.
This position supports the Purchasing Team Lead in daily operations and supplier management activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please list down at least 4)
1. Review and clarify Purchase Requests (PR), then issue Purchase Orders (PO) for spare parts, equipment, and machines.
2. Follow up material and sub-material requests from the Planning Department and issue related POs.
3. Monitor supplier performance to ensure correct quality, quantity, and on-time delivery.
4. Coordinate closely with related departments regarding order progress, delivery, and quality issues.
5. Ensure all purchase processes comply with company policies and procedures.
6. Negotiate prices and terms to achieve the best benefit for the company.
7. Handle payment requests and maintain proper purchasing records.
8. Search for and develop new qualified suppliers.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
2. Experience in Purchasing, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred; fresh graduates with good learning attitude are welcome.
3. Good negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
4. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
6. Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (Chinese is a plus).
