PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Working Location: Mercedes-Benz Phu My Hung, Lot 2&3, No. 7 Street, Tan Thuan EPZ, Tan Thuan Ward, HCMC

About Us: Vietnam Star Automobile is a leading company in the automotive industry, committed to delivering premium products and services. We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our team and support procurement activities to ensure efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support purchasing plans and procurement projects assigned by the Line Manager.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and reliability.
• Obtain quotations and manage purchasing contracts, payments, and order follow-up.
• Ensure the timely supply of materials, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to meet operational requirements.
• Verify the quantity and quality of goods and services received.
• Prepare procurement-related reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, or Administration.
• Good knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
