Purchasing Executive (Nhân Viên Thu Mua)

• Handle daily accounting tasks: checking invoices and documents, recording transactions, tracking expenses, and reconciling receivables/payables.

• Monitor and update inventory movements (import – export – stock levels).

• Support and manage purchasing activities for both domestic and international suppliers: sourcing, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, requesting booking, dealing with supplier, following shipment schedules, and processing payments, managing inventory.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.

• Prepare accounting reports and required documentation for management.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Good in Excel is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or any business major.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing.
• Strong English skills (email communication, reading documents, speaking).
• Hard-working, responsible, careful, honest, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Excel and office applications; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
