PURCHASE:
- Manage the local purchasing process: receive Material Requisitions (MRs) from departments, clarify specifications with requestors, source suppliers, compare quotations, evaluate proposals, and obtain approval.
- Handle overseas purchasing: receive MRs, obtain quotations from Shanghai and Korea factories and/or other overseas suppliers, clarify specifications with requestors, issue Purchase Orders (POs) to factories/suppliers.
- Process contracts and payment documentation.
- Arrange delivery to site/office/warehouse.
- Use Helios/SCRM system to issue POs and verify pricing.
- Coordinate and resolve any issues arising during and after delivery.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager and BOD.
SUB-CONTRACTOR:
- Manage subcontractor-related activities: receive and evaluate quotations, negotiate terms, and select the most suitable solution.
- Coordinate and handle all works related to elevator shaft door fireproofing/burning works for project sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Import-Export, preferably in the elevator, construction, or spare parts industry.
- Experience working with customs brokers or service agents for customs clearance is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn internal systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility.
- Fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
