Purchasing Manager (Furniture/Sofa)

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies to ensure stable and uninterrupted supply of materials.
• Identify cost-effective sourcing solutions while maintaining required quality and delivery standards.
• Monitor and analyze purchasing performance, including cost, quality, and delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct cost analysis and establish benchmarks to support cost optimization initiatives.
• Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers to build a reliable and competitive supplier base.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers on pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Manage supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and compliance with agreed terms.
• Handle supplier claims and resolve issues related to non-conformance in materials or services.
• Implement risk management practices to mitigate supply disruptions and material shortages.
• Monitor and ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations in terms of quantity, lead time, and quality.
