PURCHASING MANAGER

Purchasing Manager is focused on working with suppliers and purchasing material for manufacturing business. S/he also ensures on-time importing raw materials. Purchasing Manager directly reports to the General Director, and works with other teams to achieve his/her duties.

● Raw Material

- Work with CEO on all purchase orders for raw material, composing sales contracts, open L/C, and ensure timely receipt of material.

- Negotiate prices and ensure quality of raw materials.

- Looking for new suppliers.

● Subsidiary Material

- Work with CEO and manufacturing team for all subsidiary material ordering and purchasing, and replenishment of stock.

- Control and work with suppliers on pricing, quality, delivery time and defective goods.

- Ensure best pricing, ordering, and delivery.

• Male/Female
• B/A degree in foreign trade, business management or related field
• Good at English (4 skills)
• At least 3-5 years working experience in metal purchasing (especially buying Stainless steel and Aluminum)
• Excellent skill of MS office. 
• Confident and attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
• Excellent teamwork skills; organizational skills with ability to deliver a high volume of quality work
• Negotiation skills and analytical skills
