PURCHASING OFFICER

• Issue purchase orders to factories/suppliers and confirm pricing, delivery timelines, and order terms.
• Follow up and manage orders from PO issuance until goods are shipped successfully.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely product information updates.
• Work with the Production team to ensure materials and products are delivered according to production schedules.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Identify and report critical issues related to orders, production, or delivery delays to relevant teams and management promptly.
• Conduct costing analysis and manage product costs to maintain company profit targets.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality, delivery, and pricing concerns.
• Maintain strong relationships with factories and suppliers to support smooth purchasing operations.

Qualifications & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields.
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures, supplier management, and production costing.
• Understanding of indoor and outdoor furniture products is an advantage.
• Familiarity with shipping, logistics, and import/export processes.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, or Merchandise roles.
