Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist

The Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the procurement of goods and services at optimal cost. This role supports the development of sourcing strategies, manages supplier relationships, and drives cost optimization while maintaining product quality and compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business needs and cost objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best pricing, terms, and contract conditions.
• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Logistics, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting activities.

1. Workplace: Lot A1-6, N5 Street, Cu Chi North west Industrial Park, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City)

2. Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of contract management and supplier evaluation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
