PURCHASING SPECIALIST [Tiếng Trung]

Source the list of qualified suppliers and deal price for raw materials & subsidiary materials strictly following the company’s strategies and policies. Do purchasing job scopes and follow details such as: Contract, delivery date, quotation.

1. Quotation & price dealing

• Take the quotation from suppliers following purchase request from other department;
• Take price from suppliers, choose the best one then deal price with them before placing order.

2. Contract checking, delivery date & shipping documents

• Check the contract details like: price, quantity, terms of contract, etc.
• Follow the delivery date tightly and collect the shipping documents on time.

3. Source new supplier: Source new supplier based on demand and qualified request from other department

4. System workload (HANA): Open PO, submit payment, inbound, etc.

5. Other job assigned by manager.

Working address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Thuan Giao, HCMC (Old address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan, Thuan An, Binh Duong)

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Business, Economics, Accounting, Chinese, or a related field;
• Experience: From a year in the same position, experience in the Textiles and/ or Garment manufacturing is preferred;
• Language: Fluency in Chinese and/ or English;
• Others: Proactive in the work, negotiation, result-oriented, and data analysis (is a plus).
