Job Description

Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor stock level and place orders as needed.
Maintain update records of delivery information.
Coordinate with purchasing dept at another factory (in XP group) for material exchange.
Analyze market, delivery conditions, lead time to understand material supply risk
Timely reply to the material control, materials delivery, timely response to cross-coordinate and handle.
Daily weekly monthly data review.
Implement company activities.
Coordinate communication between the supplier and other departments.

1 year of working in electronics manufacturing environment with material controlling/planning background.
Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Economics or Industrial Management preferred
Understanding of supply chain procedures
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
English speaking (Chinese speaking is advantages)
