Purchasing Supervisor

1.     Base on the production plan, perform material planning to ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production, materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.

2.     Implement and update the short/mid-term forecast of material requirements to suppliers.

3.     Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders and send to vendor.

4.     Work with Vendors to ensure conformance to schedule. Measure performance on vendor collaboration and delivery (OTIF).

5.      Manage material inventory levels to optimize inventory.

6.     Audit BOM, master data, and product specifications to accurately determine amount of materials needed.

7.     Sourcing and purchasing all non-commodity material needed, including packaging materials, ingredients, consumables and stationary items.

8.     Working for some service with supplier: rental, repair, inspection, calibration, …

9.     Ensure supplier compliance with all safety requirements while working at ofi.

10. Perform others tasks to be required by Procurement & Planning manager

- Graduated from college or university with a degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company

- Proficient in English
