1. Monitor quality control processes, ensuring that processes and products meet established quality standards.
2. Responsible for overseeing the quality activities & reporting like: testing process, ensuring that established processes and properly set standards are followed, ensure that QA and QC staff perform their duties accurately and on time.
3. Involved in developing and establishing quality testing processes & procuduces. Make ensure that the process conforms to quality standards and is carried out efficiently and effectively, ensure that the process is maintained and improved over time.
4. Responsible for training and instructing QA staff on quality activites and standards. Provide guidance and support to employees in performing their jobs properly and effectively.
5. Conduct process mapping, evaluation& auditing, and disposition to ensure that procedures, rule and instruction are being follow.
6. Handle quality related issues. Analyze and resolve incidents, identify root causes and recommend corrective measures.
7. Report weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually according to the company's regulations.

2. Education/professional qualifications: University about mathematics, sciences, engineer.

3. Foreign language /computer skill level: English communication good.

4. Competencies/skills: Good communication and guidance skills, Problem-solving skills, Skillful when communicating with internally, Computer skills.

5. Years of experience required in the company: over 4 year and Min 1 year in supervisor level in a company.

6. Other requirements: Progressive spirit, willing to learn and develop professional knowledge, Logical and creative thinking.
