Manage and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
Develop, implement, review, and continuously improve quality procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
Lead customer complaint investigations, coordinate cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure effective closure.
Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, prepare weekly, monthly, and annual quality reports, and recommend improvement actions.
Manage internal audits, customer audits, certification audits, and compliance audits; ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Ensure proper control, calibration, and maintenance of inspection and measuring equipment.
Manage non-conforming products and coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
Ensure all quality records and documentation are maintained accurately and in compliance with company and certification requirements.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop the team to achieve quality objectives and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, customer requirements, and certification systems such as ISO and other relevant standards.
Establish and monitor quality KPIs including Customer Complaints, Internal Defect Rate, Supplier Quality Performance, CAPA Effectiveness, and Audit Compliance.
Job Requirement
Graduated from University.
Experience at same position at least 5 years, prefer in simliar industry.
Good knowlege of quality assurance system, ISO system.
