'- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory outcomes by implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in each section.
Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and findings, including lab equipment, tools, environmental conditions, employee profiles, and documents/records (SOPs, forms, guidelines, calibration,...)
Coordinate proficiency testing programs by registering for tests, coordinating sample receipt, following up on result submissions and ensuring accurate recording of all relevant data.
Responsible for all accreditations/designations/recognitions implemented at H&N from any (local and overseas) accreditation bodies/authorities/clients; it includes but does not limit to Decree 107, ISO 17025, ISO 17020, designations (from MARD, MOH, KFDA...)

- Conduct and coordinate root cause analysis, address issues, propose solutions, follow up, and expedite implementation to ensure timely resolution. "
Provide quality-related documents and records to Sales or Customer Service for tendering or client audits
Report to and perform quality tasks assigned by the QA Supervisor and SBU Manager, such as setting up and verifying data in the CADENA system…
QA officers can act as backup for each other when one of them is absent or resigned until a new one can be recruited.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field (QA or technician) at Food Laboratory, or promotion by the SBU Manager. Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience in the same field outside of SGS.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and effective communication.
High level of integrity, ability to work under pressure and strong organizational skills.
