QA (OUTSIDE)

1. INTERNAL SIZESET

• Check ISS before and after wash (quality + measurements) => Share solution plan with E3 and the factory when issues arise.

2. PP MEETING

• Attend PP meetings (Share experiences and production risk alerts).

3. CUTTING

• Inline + check compliance with cutting process

• Inspect and approve fabric defects in roll, shading, panel replacement, etc.

• Solve any arising issues

4. FIRST OUTPUT INSPECTION
Before wash:

• Check workmanship according to sealed sample and documents

• Cross-check 10pcs measurement test samples tied by sewing factory for test wash

• Email the sewing factory if quality or measurements do not meet standards

After wash:

• Evaluate quality and measurements of topload after wash => Discuss with the factory to confirm measurements, wash temperature, etc.

• Give feedback to the sewing factory for correcting post-wash issues

• Email sewing/wash factories if necessary

5. INLINE/TOUR FACTORY

• Inline inspection on sewing lines

• Solve quality issues arising between sewing and washing factories

• Approve packing samples (ironing, hangtags, buttons, etc.)

• Inline after wash when factory starts packing 10% - 30%

• Solve and sign off any production issues

6. PRE-FINAL

• Pre-final inspection when factory has packed 50%-70%

• Pull out defective goods

7. FINAL

• Final inspection when factory has packed 100%

8. REPORT

• Final report in WFX system

• Report to customer

1. Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of garment production processes (cutting, sewing, washing, packing...).

• Good knowledge of quality inspection standards, measurement specifications, and workmanship evaluation.

• Familiar with key checkpoints: ISS, inline, final inspections, and test wash standards.

2. Experience

• At least 2–3 years of experience in QA or a similar role in the garment industry.

• Hands-on experience working directly with garment factories, especially with washed garments.

3. Skills

• Strong observation and defect analysis skills.

• Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).

• Good communication skills for coordinating with factories and providing clear feedback.

• Capable of preparing reports in both English and Vietnamese.

• Proficient in using email, Excel, and reporting systems (e.g., WFX or internal systems).
