📌 Job Description – QC Assistant Manager

The QC Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing quality control activities to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements, company standards, and customer expectations. This role supports the QA/QC Manager in managing daily operations, maintaining compliance, and improving quality systems.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product registration and maintain required certifications (e.g., Halal, Kosher, FDA, CFS, Barcode)
  • Ensure product labeling complies with legal regulations and customer requirements
  • Monitor and control packaging quality standards
  • Coordinate with external vendors to implement effective pest control programs
  • Update and communicate food safety regulations for both domestic and export markets
  • Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO, HACCP, and FSSC
  • Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits
  • Plan and conduct equipment calibration and product testing activities
  • Monitor QA/QC performance and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Procurement, Logistics, Sales)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirement

📌 Required Skills – QC Assistant Manager 🛠 Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of legal regulations, especially in the food industry
  • Experience in product registration and product declaration dossiers
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (ISO, HACCP, FSSC 22000)
  • Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation and maintenance
  • Understanding of product registration and certification processes
  • Knowledge of food regulations and labeling requirements
  • Ability to prepare and manage audit documentation
  • Equipment calibration and quality testing knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good English reading and documentation skills
