QA/QC & HSE Executive (Senior Supervisor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with GMP (ISO 22716) and internal Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Shopfloor review – Quality / Safety compliance review with Production team
• Develop, review, and control SOPs, work instructions, and QHSE documentation
• Lead and coordinate internal/external audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
• Manage non-conformities, deviations, Equipment calibrations, and CAPA, ensuring timely and effective closure
• Implement and monitor HSE programs, including risk assessments, hazard control, and incident investigations
• Drive safety initiatives, including PPE compliance, safety training, and emergency preparedness
• Oversee environmental compliance: waste management, chemical handling, and sustainability practices
• Track and analyze QHSE KPIs (audit results, incidents, compliance scores) and drive improvements
• Conduct QHSE training programs and build awareness across all levels
• Update safety stats board, quality board, licenses on wall. Expiry checks monthly
• Collaborate closely with Production, QA/QC, R&D, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Environmental, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QHSE/QA roles (FMCG is a plus)
• Strong hands-on experience with GMP (ISO 22716) is required
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is preferred
• Experience in audits, CAPA management, and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of QMS, HSE regulations, and manufacturing processes
• Proven skills in problem-solving and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)
• Good communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to lead training sessions and drive compliance culture
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
