SCOPE OF JOB: Ensure products meet technical standards and customer requirements by establishing an effective quality control system. Additionally, foster a highly competent team with continuous improvement mindset through specialized training to optimize both product quality and operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, develop and manage the quality control system to ensure that incoming materials and outgoing products meet technical standards and customer requirements.
- Propose and implement improvement activities to optimize production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide guidance and promptly prevent or resolve errors, ensuring production and construction meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Plan and participate in internal and external audits related to the company’s quality management system.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of the QC team, taking ultimate responsibility for the quality of approved goods.
- Establish quality as a competitive advantage, enhancing customer trust and increasing the number of loyal clients.
- Minimize risks related to legal liabilities.
- Graduated from a University or higher in Mechanical Engineering/ Engineering/ Quality Management.
- At least 07 years of experience as QC Manager in manufacturing or subcontracting factories producing mechanical products, following international standards.
- Over 5 years of experience working in QC (at any level) in European or American factories.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Possess skills in communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in building, evaluating, improving, and enhancing quality standards.
